The Power of Blessing - Praying for the Methodist Church

  1. Blessings in health, family life, time management and support.
  2. Developing the Vision and Direction of the Methodist Church
  3. Initiation of the theme of ‘Discipleship’

Evangelism, Spirituality and Discipleship Department.

  1. Jenny Ellis recently trained 18 people in the Crewe area to lead ‘Disciple’. Pray for this to spread across the Connexion.
  2. Two new appointments due in this department please pray for the right people to be appointed.

The Healing Ministry

  1. For reclaiming it
  2. Affirmation
  3. Advocacy by our leaders

“Mapping a Way Forward”

  1. The review process which is leading to the amalgamation of Circuits.
  2. Pray that God will bless the process with the emphasis on mission, not maintenance.

Venture FX

  1. Pray for new projects/ Fresh expressions in the 20-35 age group
  2. Ian Bell and Graham Horsley

The Power of Blessings

  1. Please pray for this prayer initiative that together we can lead the way in speaking blessings over the Methodist Church.
  2. That this would then spread across all denominations and streams
  3. That God’s Church would ‘BE’ a blessing in our nation
